Ladybug provides care for those individuals that need that extra little bit of help in order to stay independent. Our goal is to provide comfort and freedom at home. Our caring staff is trained to care for individuals and help them with the day to day activities most of us take for granted. In most cases, these services are provided through the state. CICOA Aging and In-Home Solutions covers Marion county and all of the immediate surrounding counties. You would first contact them for information and eligibility requirements for the care. At that time, you would request Ladybug Personal Care, LLC to be your provider. In some cases, you may not qualify. That doesn't prevent you from receiving care from Ladybug. We also provide care through Private Pay(meaning the client pays for the service). Sometimes individuals use this until they are off the waiting list for payment through the State. At that time, it is a seamless transition. The only difference is who pays the bill. Ladybug can take you through that process with no problem. You receive the same level of care regardless of payment method.
